From a people management perspective, Google Work list the top three biggest threats facing UK employers as not being able to attract enough talent, an inability to retain the best talent and a disengaged workforce.

In response the pioneering work of The Mind Clinic helps employers to flourish with a workforce that is valued, resilient and engaged. We do this by helping to support and promote the wellbeing of employees in two ways:

  2. Development Days, drawing on our extensive grass roots experience, around the themes of Engagement, Resilience and Management Emotional Intelligence.
