My new clock. It’s changing my life

I have a new clock which is life-changing – it stops me going mad.
And it makes me wonder if these new clocks shouldn’t be more widely available – to stop other people going mad.
It’s a normal clock in many ways – circular, in the traditional fashion, with an hour and minute hand.
But for someone like myself – who can spend too much time imagining future scenes that don’t exist, and getting angry, fearful or anxious about them – the new clock is wonderful.
Its distinguishing feature is that there aren’t any numerals on its face; there isn’t a circle of one to twelve.
Instead, where each number should be, in various colours, is just the word NOW.
What time is it? Now. In fact, on my clock it’s only ever now, which suits me well.
I’m so much happier in the present; in the present – away from past ruminations and future fears – everything’s OK.
